Yatemani Gujadhur, CSK, Chairman & Non Executive Director   

Mr. Yatemani Gujadhur, CSK, has had a long career in the banking sector, notably at Barclays Bank where he spent 38 years and was Corporate Affairs Director from May 2000 to February 2002 when he retired. He is presently involved in the following companies

• Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Mauritius Leasing Company Ltd., a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius
• Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bramer Banking Corporation Ltd and
• Members of other Boards of Companies belonging to the British American Investment Group of Companies whose ranking was amongst the top 5th  on turnover out of the top 100 Companies in Mauritius  
• Managing Director of Long Investment (Mauritius) Ltd
• Two companies in the Freeport and Export Processing Zones belonging to Ravate Group of Reunion Island.

Rajendra Tagore Servansingh, Vice Chairman & Non Executive Director

Mr. Rajendra Tagore Servansingh is currently

• Chairman of Airports Terminal Operations Ltd (ATOL)
• Vice Chairman (Acting Chairman) of the Competition Commission of Mauritius.
• Regional Director of the Board of Investments of Mauritius in Mumbai, India from October 2006 to August 2009.
• Deputy General Secretary of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce & Industry from July 2000 to July 2006.
• Director on a number of Boards: Export Processing Zone Development Authority, Rose Belle Sugar Estate, Board of Investments (Mauritius) and Member of the Council of the University of Mauritius.
• Elected member of the National Assembly of Mauritius in the late seventies.
• Entrepreneur in the Textiles and Garments sector for nearly a decade.

Rubysen Rambocus, ACA, Bsc, Director

Mr. Rubysen Rambocus is an experienced Chartered Accountant (England and Wales) and he has developed extensive international contacts and is well versed in international business development.

• Presently  director of MTN International (Mauritius) Ltd, a subsidiary of the MTN Group, a leading cellular operator in Africa and the Middle East. MTN Group is a listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
• Independent non executive director on the Board of Cim Finance Ltd, part of Rogers group, the largest conglomerates in Mauritius.
• Previous positions include Finance manager in a number of subsidiaries of the Rogers Group; Manager at DCDM and Longcrofts (Chartered Accountants) UK.

Teewareesing Gopal, FCCA, MBA, Director of Operations

Mr. Gopal joined the Global Business sector in 1998. Prior to joining Taysun Corporate Services Ltd, he was an Executive Director of a Management Company in Mauritius which is part of an international group with operations in Channel Islands, London, Geneva, Dubai and India.

He served as Board Member of various Mauritius based Investment Funds, one of which has its parent company listed on a European Stock Exchange.

Mr. Gopal has a rich career in the Global Business sector and is fully conversant with the legal, regulatory, compliance and tax aspects of the sector. He also worked for Kemp Chatteris, Deloitte and Touche, Mauritius and a firm of Chartered Accountants in London.
